Smoothies are so easy to make and delicious. Just grab a handful of strawberries, a splash or two of Sunny D, a few banana slices and some yogurt and blend away. Delicious.

Yes, smoothies are a great way to get fruit and vitamins. I make one for a post-workout after I hit the gym. I usually add a scoop of whey protein to mine ad blend it in almond milk.

I agree to this, moreover you can change the flavour just by adding some dry fruits to it. My kids like it very much and they often demand it in breakfast. However I prefer taking it in the early evening time.
